EZA Fairer Handel, founded in Salzburg in 1975, is Austria’s pioneer and largest importer of Fair Trade products. Guided by the principles of the World Fair Trade Organization and FAIRTRADE International standards, EZA is committed to fair pay, humane working conditions, ecological production, and educational work on Fair Trade. With around 125 partner organizations in 45 countries, its range includes food, handicrafts, fair fashion under the brand Anukoo, and organic cosmetics under the brand BIOSFAIR. Today, more than 95% of EZA’s food sales come from products that are both Fair Trade and organically grown.
